Welcome! I'm Kathleen. My husband, Matt, and I are recent homeowners who bought our first home together in May 2020. Both of us are originally from Pennsylvania; I grew up in the suburbs outside of Philadelphia and Matt is from the Lehigh Valley area. Until recently, we were living in NYC but decided to move back to the greater Philadelphia area after the end of last year.
Matt enjoys buying fixer uppers and sprucing them up so when the opportunity came along earlier this year to buy a home in an area where we wanted to live, we jumped at the opportunity. It's a ton of hard work and not for everybody, but if you're willing to go the extra mile, the results can be very satisfying. We invite you to come along with us on our home renovation journey.
